Privacy
This page explains how Sprigg Co handles personal information you send through the Request Introduction form on this website. It is written for people in the United Kingdom and follows the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Sprigg Co is the controller of this information. To ask a question, request a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it, email info@sprigg.co.
What we collect
When you submit the form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your organisation
- Your message
Please do not send sensitive information. A short note is enough for us to reply.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to read your enquiry and respond to you. That is our legitimate interest in answering people who ask for an introduction. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell personal information.
Where it is stored
Your enquiry is sent by email to info@sprigg.co and stored in that inbox. Resend delivers the email for us. This website does not keep a separate database of form submissions.
How long we keep it
We keep the email while we are corresponding with you, and for a short time afterwards if we may need to refer back to it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to erase it. You can also ask us to correct it, or to restrict how we use it. Email info@sprigg.co and we will respond. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.
